RYVITA® Terms and conditions
COMPETITION:
1. Over a 9 week period, from the 14th of October 2011 to the 16th of December 2011, Ryvita will be offering visitors to www.ryvita.co.uk/win the chance to win one of 100 Ryvita Thins and Ryvita Crackers for Cheese hamper boxes in a prize draw. Hamper box includes: Ryvita Crackers for Cheese in two flavours, Black Pepper 175g and Golden Rye 175g; Ryvita Thins is 3 flavours, Sweet Chilli, 125g, Multiseed 125g and Cheddar and Cracked Black Pepper 125g; 2 dips (Sweet Chilli and Salsa), a RYVITA tin, a dinner party trivia game, and a wooden cheese board and 2 cheese knives. All contents will be contained in a presentation box.
ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY:
2. To enter the Ryvita Crackers for Cheese and Ryvita Thins prize draw, all entrants must adhere to the following at the time of entering: Be UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of Ryvita, or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw. Answer one question by selecting one of four answers. Submit their entry using the "Submit" button under the prize draw question on www.ryvita.co.uk/win .
3. In entering the prize draws, all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.
4. No purchase necessary.

6. All prizes are non refundable and there is no cash alternative offered.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value.
8. Full details will be provided to the winner and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
PRIZE DRAW CLOSING DATES & TIMES:
9. The prize draw nominations and prize periods are from 00:00 to 23:59 on the following dates:
i. 14/10/11 - 16/12/11
WINNERS:
10. 100 winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected by Ryvita.
11. Each winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by email. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 14 days of this notification, he or she will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from correct entries to select a new winner.
12. Ryvita reserves the right to use and feature the names of the Ryvita Crackers for Cheese and Ryvita Thins prize draw winners for any promotional activities or marketing communications.
13. All winners’ details (name and country of residence only) will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd, Holme Mills, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9JY, within 10 weeks of the closing date.
14. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
