Online survey competition - terms and conditions

COMPETITION:

1. Over a 4 week period, from the 4th of April 2011 to the 29th of April 2011, Ryvita® will be offering members of the Ryvita Crunch Facebook community the chance to win one of 50 Ryvita® Crackers hampers in a prize draw. Hamper includes: Ryvita® Crackers in two flavours, Black Pepper 175g and Golden Rye 175g; Stilton Cheese in wax 225g; Wensleydale & Cranberry Cheese in wax 200g; Double Gloucester Cheese in wax 200g; Country Garden Chutney 340g; wooden cheese board. All entrants to the competition will then be send an online survey to complete by email. All respondents who complete the online survey for Ryvita® Crackers for Cheese, will be entered into a prize draw to win one of 10 ‘Crackers for Cheese hampers. 2. To enter the Ryvita® Crackers prize draw, all entrants must adhere to the following at the time of entering: Be UK residents over 18 years of age, except employees of Ryvita®, or any of their subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw. To be eligible the respondent must answer all survey questions and submit their response at the end of the survey.

3. In entering the prize draws, all participants will have deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions.

6. All prizes are non refundable and there is no cash alternative offered.

7. Ryvita® reserves the right to change any of the prizes at any time.

8. Full details will be provided to the winner and the prize cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.

PRIZE DRAW CLOSING DATES & TIMES:

9. The competition will close at midnight on Monday 30th May 2011.

WINNERS:

10. 10 winners of the prize draw will be randomly selected by Ryvita®.

11. Each winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw by email. If a winner fails to claim the prize within 28 days of this notification, he or she will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be made from correct entries to select a new winner.

12. Ryvita® reserves the right to use and feature the names of the Ryvita® Crackers prize draw winners for any promotional activities or marketing communications.

13. All winners’ details (name and country of residence only) will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: The Jordans & Ryvita Company Ltd, Holme Mills, Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, SG18 9JY, within 10 weeks of the closing date.
