With a slice of Morbier. Warmed in the microwave or not; both have advantages.

I've never been on a diet but I love dark rye ryvita. Adding a topping is sacrilege. Like a good cigar or bottle of wine each pack has a slightly different taste with a flavour to be savoured; woody, nutty, earthy, crunchy. They would be my desert island must have food. The only downside is that they're quite fibrous so I have to watch I don't snack on too many per day - else face the consequences ;-) Ryvita makers I salute you!
