    my suggestion for a topping for this ryvita and it also works well with the sweet onion and the pumpkin seed one is to have homemade coronation chicken with chopped apricots and sultanas with either a mayo style dressing using mayo and curry paste or a creme fraiche dressing and curry paste. it's scrummy.
