Ingredients
- RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- 400g Lean Minced Pork
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 2 Large Red Romano Peppers
- 100g Half fat white cheese (Cheddar Style)
- One desert apple
- Garlic Clove
- Drizzle of Honey
- Black Pepper to taste
Method
Take four Pumpkin seed and Oat Crispbreads and clumble ( Pop in a polythene bag and use a rolling pin to crush the crispbreads).
Finely slice the red onion and chop the garlic, mix in with the minced pork, grate the apple and mix into the pork mix. Form into 4 patties ( rounds).
Roll the patties in the clumbled crisp breads.
Slice the two peppers into 4 and then with the patties grill in a hot oven. Turning the patties to evenly cook ( Approx 15mins in Over 180-200 degrees). The Peppers should be lightly charred at the edges and have blistered.
Finally pop the cooked patties on a tray, put a half pepper on top, sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with a little honey and season with black pepper and grill until cheese melts and lightly browns.
Serve with a light green salad.
