Avocado's are inexpensive and abundant in South Africa, where this snack is popular on toast, i for many years have enjoyed it on crispbread.
- RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- Large, ripe Avocado
- Course salt
- Course Black Pepper
- Sweet Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil Spread
Split and spoon out the ripe avocado into a bowl, mash with a fork. Lightly spread your olive oil spread and top with lashings of avocado. In South Africa this is than dusted with a tiny amount of salt. It is also good when you add a little pepper, alternatively, sprinkle a little sweet balsamic, food of the gods!
