RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Original Crispbread
- 100G OF PEELED PRAWNS
- 350G COTTAGE CHEESE
- 2 SPRING ONIONS CHOPPED
- 4 RYVITA and mustard
- 4 TOMATOES, SLICED
- TOP WITH WHOLE PRAWNS AND WATERCRESS
Method
Combine the peeled prawns, cottage cheese and onions. Spread the Ryvita lightly with mustard then cover with the sliced tomatoes. Put Ryvita under the grill and spoon prawn mixture on the top. Grill slowly under tinged brown. Put whole prawns and watercress on top. I love it with a salad with a french dressing.
