Autumn Breakfast Ryvita
A great way to enjoy Ryvita in the mornings, both healthy and tasty!
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- apple
- blackberries
- rasins or sultanas
- natural yogurt
Method
slice the apple into relatively thin pieces and place onto the Ryvita Crispbread, half the blackberries so that they are in bitesize pieces and scatter on top of the sliced apple. Take the natural yogurt and pour carefully so that it spreads evenly over the Ryvita, not completely covering the fruits. Finally add either sultanas or raisins on top of the yogurt for a hint of sweetnes to complement the other flavours. this makes a great breakfast or morning snack with a low calorific value.
