hot scramble
This a great ryvita to have for breakfast, especially good as it's much healthier to have the ryvita instead of bread, and it's easier to pick up and eat.

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
- chopped ham (or chicken or turkey)
- 2 eggs, beaten with a little milk
Method
In a small frying pan , spray frylite, scramble the egg/milk mixture, when nearly done add the chopped ham and a little pepper. Load onto your ryvita and enjoy. Great for breakfast or lunch
