Tangy Tomato Ryvita

You're in for a tangy treat with this tasty Ryvita topping!

Method

First, chop up a few tomatoes and put them in the oven for a a couple of minutes so they are soft, but not squashy. Don't put them on the Ryvita yet, wait for them to cool down a bit. Place the ham on the Ryvita and now put the cooked tomatoes on top. For the finishing touch, chop some parsley and sprinkle on top. Excellent! Now Sit down and enjoy!
