Ingredients

Method

Dice Turkey and onion. Spray frying pan with low cal cooking oil. Add Turkey and onion. Add three well-whisked egg whites to make omelette. Cook omelette Crush Ryvita Chilli Minis and add half of the crushed packet into the middle of the omelette. F Fold omelette over. For final 3 minutes sprinkle the rest of the crushed Ryvita Chilli Minis on the top of the omelette. Serve with teaspoon of cranberry sauce/ jelly.
