Ingredients
- RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
- Butternut Squash
- Pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Snipped Spring Onion
- Low fat spread for mashing
- 2 tablespoons skimmed milk for mashing
- Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (matchbox sized - grated finely)
Method
Steam Butternut Squash until tender. Mash with the milk and low fat spread. Season as necessary. Add the Cayenne Pepper. Take 4 Pumpkin and Oat Ryvita and make a square on a warmed plate. Spread the mash on the Ryvita. Top off with the snipped spring onion and low fat cheddar cheese...
