RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Pumpkin Seeds & Oats Crispbread
  • Butternut Squash
  • Pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Snipped Spring Onion
  • Low fat spread for mashing
  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk for mashing
  • Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (matchbox sized - grated finely)

Method

Steam Butternut Squash until tender. Mash with the milk and low fat spread. Season as necessary. Add the Cayenne Pepper. Take 4 Pumpkin and Oat Ryvita and make a square on a warmed plate. Spread the mash on the Ryvita. Top off with the snipped spring onion and low fat cheddar cheese...
