  • RYVITA® Sweet Onion Crispbread
  • 1 crumbled Sweet Onion RYVITA® Crispbread
  • 70g mixed salad leaves
  • 2 radishes
  • Quarter onion sliced
  • Drizzle of fresh lemon and olive oil

Method

Mix together in a large bowl 1 crumbled sweet onion RYVITA® Crispbread, some mixed salad leaves, radishes, sliced onions and a drizzle of fresh lemon and olive oil

    I will make this adding either some avocado or black olives to fit with The Flat Belly Diet. I have managed to lose 2 stone so far!
