Nat's Vegetable soup
A lovely thick soup packed with a selection of favourite winter vegetables with homemade dumplings perfect for those winter nights.

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- swede
- carrots
- potatoes
Method
Dice about 5 potatoes, 5 carrots and a medium swede into squares. Put all together in a pan. Add 1 diced onion in with the vegetables and add a large jug of vegetable stock. Leave to boil on a low heat until vegetables are tender and soup thickens. Make some homemade dumplings to serve with.
