Method
Roast your garlic (whole clove for about 1 1/2 hours in the oven in tin foil) to begin. Then squeeze the roasted garlic into a pan with oil its now time to add the onions and cook for about 8 minutes add the potatoes to the pan and cook for 10 minutes until the potatoes are soft, now add the stock and cook for a further 20 minutes. Liquidise the soup and return to the pan on a low heat add the creme fresh and parsley
