RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Sunflower Seed & Oats Crispbread
- 3 carrots, 2 sweet potatoes, 2 potato
- 3 Vegetable or chicken stock cubes
- 2 inches Fresh Ginger Root
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 Onion
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Fresh Coriander or Basil
Method
Peel and roughly chop root vegetables and place in pan with chopped onion, garlic and finely cut ginger. Cover with diluted stock cubes herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil then simmer for around two hours with lid on pan taste and adjust seasoning according to taste. (I add extra course black pepper) Then either blend to make a smooth texture or leave nice and chunky. Perfect on a chilly evening served with Ryvita crispread and maybe slices of cheese.
