Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
- 2 King prawn and 1oz chicken goujons per helping
- Lemon grass, coriander 1nch ginger finally chopped ,red chilli (deseeded)
- Green tai curry past and coconut cream. chopped spring onion
Method
Fry 1 desert spoon of green tai curry paste for 20 secs add ginger ,red chilli for furthut 20 secs add chicken and lightly coat. add 2 cups of water per person or chickenstock would be preferable, add stalk of lemon grass and simmer for 15 mins add 1 chopped spring onion,1 desert spoon of chopped coriander and prawns and simmer for a furthur 2mins. Multiply the above to the number of people being served-Noodle can be added tomake a more filling soup
