Cream of Chicken & cauliflour soup

Method

1,Cook 1 whole chicken in chicken stock 2.melt butter in pan and add flour 3. add stock from chicken once cooked & mix well 4.break up cooked chicken into bite size portions and add to soup along with bite size florets of cauliflour 5.cover soup for 5/10 mins and simmer 6. Add half cup of single cream and generous table spoon of white pepper then serve with side order of wholegrain rivita.
