RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Dark Rye Crispbread
  • 100grm pancetta chopped
  • large onion chopped
  • 3 carrots chopped
  • large tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 ltr beef stock or stock cube and water
  • large tin cannelini beans
  • small red chilli chopped without seeds or chilli powder
  • pinch salt and black pepper

Method

put pancetta in large pan and brown gently , add onion and carrots, cook for 10 minutes gently then add all other ingredients cook slowly covered for 30 minutes until all cooked through, will thicken the longer it is cooked and best left for a while as it will thicken more,
