Chunky chicken and veg soup!

Need something a bit less liquidy than normal soups? This chunky chicken and veg soup is amazing!

Ingredients

Method

Cut all ingrediants into big chunks (except the garlic, cut this up finely) and put into a non stick saucepan. Add the hot stock,basil and salt and pepper. Heat on electric mark 4 for an hour. If required add more water...don't let it go dry. After an hour mix the soup until it is chunky and runny.

Serve with Ryvita!
