Creamy Potato Soup

Velvety smooth and deliciously tasty.

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
  • Potato 4 diced
  • Butter 3 tbsp
  • Onion 1 med chopped
  • Garlic 1 clove minced
  • Chicken stock 3 cups
  • milk or cream 2 cups
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Method

Put onion, garlic and butter in a large pan and cook for a minute until onions are translucent.

Add the potatoes and stock and simmer until the potatoes are fully cooked.

Put it in the processor and zap until it is a smooth liquid. Add the salt, milk & cream.

Reheat and serve with either bacon sprinkled on the top or some strong cheese.

Serve piping hot with some Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread.
