Method

Defrost home grown, organic tomatoes, add to pan, which already has 1 red onion browning in butter, along with mixed italian herbs, paprika and home grown, dried chilli (red, of course!). Add diced potatoes, carrots and bring to boil with organic vegetable stock. Added tinned toms for extra rich colour. Chill, blend, heat and add any other veg you fancy. Serve with dash of cream, home grown chives and yummy ryvita!
