chicken soup with an explosion of herby overtones.
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Multi-Seed Thins
- half a pound of chicken cut in inch size cubes
- 1 large bunch taragon chopped
- 1 onions finely diced
- 4 oz potatoes finely diced
- chicken stock cube made up with 1 pint of water
- 1 heaped table spoon plain flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 table spoons light olive oil
Method
in 2 tbs of the olive oil fry chicken untill cooked, remove from pan and place onions in pan cook untill soft and translucent. add the flour and cook for 1 minute, return the chicken and the potatoes and the chicken stock. simmer untill the potaotes are so soft the brake up. add the chopped taragon and simmer for 1 miinute. liquidise the soup return to the pan and return the soup to full heat season with salt and pepper to you taste. enjoy with plenty of dippping ryvita thins
