Polish baked bean soup
Baked beans shouldn't be in a soup,or should they?

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Sesame Crispbread
- Baked beans (1can)
- Pancetta (1 small pack 25g?)
- Flour (1 ounce)
- Butter (1ounce)
- Stock (any) (1pint)
- Dill (1/2 teaspoon)
- Worcestershire sauce (couple of drops)
- Salt and pepper
- chives or spring onions (chopped to serve)
Method
In a medium size sauce pan fry off the pancetta in the butter until golden brown. Now add the flour to make a roux. Now mix in the tin of baked beans until incorporated and return to a medium heat. Then add the stock and bring to a slow simmer for 5mins, add the dill, salt and pepper to taste and finally a dash of worcestershire sauce. Allow to simmer for a further 10mins. Serve with a chive or spring onion garnish and your favorite ryvita. Personally sesame seed for me!
