Chunky Winter Vegetable Soup
This is a quick, easy, nourishing, tasty, low calorie soup, that can be kept in the fridge.
- RYVITA® Original Crackerbread
- Vegetable stock cubes
- Red Onions
- Chopped tin tomatoes
Dissolve 2 vegetables stock cubes in boiling water in a large saucepan fill up to half way, wash and chop vegetables, add to saucepan, pepper and salt, put on stove to boil, about15 minutes. Then add a tin of chopped tomatoes, simmer for 2 minutes. Voila!
