Cosy Winter Warming Soup
Creamy butternut squash and sauteed onion with black pepper, ginger and chilli blended into a thick soup
- RYVITA® Multigrain Crispbread
- Butternut Squash
- Vegetable stock (1 pint)
Soften the Butternut squash and onions add the stock and simmer for 10 mins, add 50ml single cream and the pepper chilli and ginger and stir. Leave on a medium heat for 15 mins and blend. Serve with Ryvita multigrain crispbread.
