Ryvita soaks in just like unhealthy croutons

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
  • 4/5 Onions thinley sliced
  • 1 tsp of marg if unhealthy butter if fab healthy fry lite
  • 2 pints of veg or beef stock (oko)
  • Grated Parmasan (half tsp)
  • Seasoning
  • cloves of garlic

Method

Thinley slice onions and add garlic

fry in marg until softeneed

add stock and seasoning and simmer

serve with Ryvita acting as croutons on top
