Ryvita soaks in just like unhealthy croutons

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- 4/5 Onions thinley sliced
- 1 tsp of marg if unhealthy butter if fab healthy fry lite
- 2 pints of veg or beef stock (oko)
- Grated Parmasan (half tsp)
- Seasoning
- cloves of garlic
Method
Thinley slice onions and add garlic
fry in marg until softeneed
add stock and seasoning and simmer
serve with Ryvita acting as croutons on top
