Ingredients
- RYVITA® Wholegrain Crackerbread
- Pork bones
- shallots
- chicken stock
- Butterbeans
- tomato paste
Method
Slow cook pork bones until meat falls off bone and remove off heat and sepearte meat from its own stock. Fry shallots in olive oil until golden brown. Add pork bones and braise until meat is slightly brown.Add pork bones stock and chicken tock with tomato puree. Bring to the simmer and add butterbeans. Season with salt and pepper. Slow cook for an hour. Its now ready to serve
