The Kings Royal Prawns

A delicious princely snack, Characterised with a spicy extravagance and a delectable deliciousness, fit to bestow upon our great Monarchy.

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Wholegrain Crackerbread
  • 6 King Prawns
  • 30g Finely Chopped Chives
  • 4 Cherry Tomatoes (Thinly Sliced)
  • 1 tbl Tomato Puree
  • 1 tbl Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • Cucumber (Thinly Sliced)

Method

Cook prawns until pink. Put aside tomatoes and cucumber and place remaining ingredients in a bowl and gently mix together. Add the cooled prawns and marinade in the fridge for approx one hour. Add the finished, delicious culinary delight on to the Wholegrain Crackerbread and top with thinly sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
