Method

Gently bash the chicken breast untill thin, add lemon to the yoghurt and spread over the chick breast, leave to marinade over night,leaveing the marinade on roll and tie or pin the chicken. Cook in a medium oven 140 elec,4 gas for approx 20 minutes. Leave to cool slightly,slice and serve on Pumpkin seed and oat crispbreads with a large green salad, and your favorite sparkling wine.
