Rivita chocolate crunches
Wickedly delicious and a treat for all occasions.
RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- 300g milk chocolate
- raisins
- chopped nuts
- dessicated coconut
- sugar coated chocolate mini eggs - optional
Method
Melt chocolate on a very low heat in a saucepan, stirring continuously. Crumble a couple of fruit ryvita into tiny pieces and stir into the melted chocolate. Add a handful of raisins and a couple of table spoons of dessicated coconut and stir into the chocolate/ryvita mix. Continue to add more crumbled fruit ryvita a little at a time making sure all ingredients are nicely coated in chocolate. Spoon into cake cases and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours. For Easter add 4-5 tiny sugar coated chocolate eggs to the top of each cake before popping them into the fridge.
