Crumbly goeats cheese with sweet succulent pears and crispy walnuts.

Method

1. Core one pear and place in poaching liquor for 20-25 minutes or until soft. 2.Remove the pear and allow to cool. Once cool slice the pear half so that the pear half flairs out like a fan. 3. Crumble goat’s cheese on to the Ryvita crispbread. Lay poached pear on top and scatter walnut chunks on top.
