Warm Salmon with Horseradish Sauce
Delicious slivers of smoked salmon, warmed in the oven for a few minutes, topped with creamy horseradish and some finely chopped cornichon on dark rye ryvita.

- Smoked Salmon
- Horseradish sauce
Warm the smoked salmon in a medium oven for a few minutes, squeeze over a little lemon juice. Layer the salmon on the rye crispbread and top generously with horseradish sauce. Finely chop a few cornichon and place on top.
