Williams pear and trout bites

Healthy oily fish (just like the country loving royals would catch), delicious british fruit (perhaps a variety named after the groom) all piled up with delicious dressing on a crunchy Ryvita - you can't go wrong!

Ingredients

Method

Mix together teaspoon of dill with tablespoon each of lemon juice and olive oil. Chop pear into small peices, mix with trout flakes. Coat in dressing and spoon onto Ryvita. Garnish with a little bit of dill, then sit back and snack, safe in the knowledge that the Queen herself couldn't order anything yummier to nibble.
