SMOKED SALMON, CAVIAR & CREME FRAICHE ON RYE

RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Wholegrain Crackerbread
- 200g (7oz) crème fraiche
- 1 tbsp horseradish
- 200g (7oz) smoked salmon
- 100g pot salmon caviar or lump fish roe
- Julienne lemon rinds
- chives
- XV Olive Oil to drizzle
Method
1. Mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish and set aside.
2. Place Ryvitas on a platter and top each one with a tbsp of crème fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and ½ tsp of the caviar or roe
3. Garnish with think lemon rind, lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil and x shape chives.
Enjoy with a glass of champers or bubbly.
