SMOKED SALMON, CAVIAR & CREME FRAICHE ON RYE

RYVITA® Recipe

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Wholegrain Crackerbread
  • 200g (7oz) crème fraiche
  • 1 tbsp horseradish
  • 200g (7oz) smoked salmon
  • 100g pot salmon caviar or lump fish roe
  • Julienne lemon rinds
  • chives
  • XV Olive Oil to drizzle

Method

1. Mix together the crème fraiche and horseradish and set aside.

2. Place Ryvitas on a platter and top each one with a tbsp of crème fraiche, a slice of smoked salmon and ½ tsp of the caviar or roe

3. Garnish with think lemon rind, lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil and x shape chives.

Enjoy with a glass of champers or bubbly.
