Honey and chillie marinated chicken served on a bed of rocket and watercress, piped lemon creme fraich and cracked black peppercorns... mmm...

Method

marinate chicken overnight in honey, lemon juice and sliced chillies (according to your own spice tollerance!!) mix the juice of a lemon with the creme fraiche and chill. Fire up the chargrill and cook the chicken evenly on each side acheiving the grill marks. Slice thinly and set aside while the ryvita is topped with the rocket and watercress. lay a slice of chicken at an angle then pipe or spoon the creme fraiche next to it. alternate this chicken and creme the length of the ryvita. finish with a light sprinkling of cracked black pepper... ENJOY!!!
