Method

Blend two tablespoons of Creme Freche with one teaspoon of lemon juice and spread generously on Crispbread. Next add one Teaspoon of chilled caviar in the centre of the crispbread. Top with lemon zest and serve immediately, you cant keep a royal waiting afterall.
