Method

Each person to receive a tray with their own ingredients, to make the crowns personally as required - this will ensure both novelty appeal and also that the crackers do not get soft. Eat one, make another!

The Black Pepper Cracker has a circle of cream cheese and tartare mixture put around the edge, representing ermine. The Caviar or lumpfish roe is piled in the middle, representing gemstones (or extreme wealth!).

See who can make the best crown - other garnishes could be centrally available to see who can make the most royal crown - this goes down well with young teenagers!
