Method

Use dried chick peas soaking them for about 8 hours, the amount of a normal tin size, then cook them and throw away the water before cooling them under fresh running water, put them in a food processor with 2 Tbs's of tahini spread from a jar, or 2Tb's sesame oil a dash of paprika, about 2Tbs's of lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
