Method
USING SESAME SEED CRISPBREAD, YOU CAN BUTTER IT IF YOU WANT. PUT THICK LAYER OF COTTAGE CHEESE ON TOP AND THEN THINLY SLICED CUCUMBER. VERY FILLING AND ALSO VERY SLIMMING, PARTICULARLY IF YOU DO NOT USE THE BUTTER!
