RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cracked Black Pepper
- 1/4 small tin of tuna
- 1/4 pickled gherkin
- 10g of greek yoghurt
- 5g ketchup
- dash of tabasco
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- 10g capers in vinegar
- 10g of shallots
- Sprig of parsley
Method
Open the tin of tuna and drain, tip 1/4 of the contents into a bowl. Add the capers, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tobasco and greek yoghurt and mix. Peel and finely chop the shallot and the gherkin and add to the bowl and mix to form a nice tangy paste and spread over two ryvita's, finely chop a sprig of parsley and sprinkle onto the mixture.
