Chilli Cheescake Royale - A Sweet & Spicy Marriage of Flavours
This quick easy starter, combines Sweet Chilli Ryvita crumbly crispy base & a soft subtle cream cheese chilli, paprika & cayenne topping which is complimented by the marriage of a slightly sharp chilli spiked warmed victoria plum marmalade and a rocket and coriander flower salad.

- RYVITA® Sweet Chilli Minis
- butter
- cream cheese
- mayonnaise
- chilli, paprika & cayenne pepper spice mix
- Homemade victoria plum jam
- chilli flakes
- red wine vinegar
- olive oil
- rocket leaves
- coriander flowers
- lime zest
Method
crush the Sweet Chilli Mini Ryvitas and combine with melted butter. press into the base of a small mold and chill. Meanwhile mix a packet of cream cheese with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a good 3/4 teaspoon of the spice mix ( add more if you prefer it spicy), and a little lime zest. Top the base with this mixture and smooth the surface. Pop in the fridge to chill. Meanwhile heat up a couple of tbsp of plum jam with some chilli flakes, 1/2 tsp olive oil, a few drops of red wine vinegar and some black pepper for seasoning until it is warmed through and a pouring consistency.
Turn out the cheesecake onto a plate, add a small side salad of rocket leaves and coriander flowers and pour the desired amount of the spicy plum marmalade. Optional decoration of a royal crown!!
