- two eggs free range medium
- goats cheese
- rocket
- seasoning
Method
Scramble eggs in goats butter remove from heat add the goats cheese then season to taste stir put on to heat for a few seconds stirring remove from heat butter two ryvitas pile on scrambled eggs and dress with rocket.
