The Royals love game, but the only wild game in season for the Royal Wedding is woodpigeon, here crowned with horseradish sauce - perfect canapes.

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Original Crispbread
- Wood pigeon breasts
- Cream cheese
- Horseradish sauce
- Capers
Method
Spread crispbreads with cream cheese. Sprinkle on capers. Quickly fry and then slice the woodpigeon breasts. Place onto cream cheese base. Crown each slice of woodpigeon with horseradish sauce.

Reportsounds yummy! woodpigeon is delicious, like fillet steak but much tastier.
