Royal RYVITA's 'Get me to the church on time'
WARNING- eating this dessert before getting married may make you late, as you will definitely want more, Will & Kate wont have any arguments over what to have for future dessert -marrying together their favourite puddings with a twist (Will-banana flan, Kate-sticky toffee pud) - As they are joined in Holy Matrimony, their desserts join in 'Holy Gastronomy', with some added,( by Royal warrant),fabulous RYVITA fruit crunch!

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Fruit Crunch Crispbread
- 2 x RYVITA fruit crunch crispbreads
- 60g milk chocolate
- 1 mini sticky toffee pudding
- 1 banana
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- 2 teaspoons smooth apricot jam/glaze
- 2 tablespoons extra thick double cream
- apricot, choc shavings, cocoa powder & toffee sauce to decorate.
- lemon joice for banana if making in advance.
Method
In a freezer bag crunch up the ryvita crispreads until small, melt the chocolate in the microwave for aprox 30 secs and add ryvita to mix. Press into greased presentation ring for food and pop in freezer for 1/2 hour. once base is set, turn out mini toffee pud and scrape off sauce & reserve, cut pud in half and press each half into the food ring, pop into fridge for another 1/2 hour. remove food ring and place dessert onto serving plates drizzle 1 teaspoon of pudding sauce onto each tower. slice banana and add 5 or 6 slices to the top of each of the puddings (put on a dab of lemon juice at this point if making in advance), warm apricot glaze for 10 seconds in microwave and place 1 teaspoon on top of banana, to the top of the banana mix cream with the vanilla essence and dollop a tablespoon full on top of each then garnish with a piece of apricot, dust with cocoa powder and choc shavings and dot with toffee sauce, chill for at least an hour-serves 2 and tastes fab!
