The Crispbread Crown Jewels

Feel like a prince and princess, when you share a romantic snack of Ryvita bejewelled goats cheese crowns, so smooth in the centre, so crisp on the outside and so beautiful to behold.

Ingredients

• RYVITA^® Sunflower Seed & Oats Crispbread
• 2 small goats cheeses
• A red and green pepper
• Small amount of butter

Method

Place two small, round goats cheeses on a platter. Using a sharp serrated knife, carefully cut the Ryvita into triangles. Dab the back of each segment with a small amount of butter and press into position all round the outside of each of the cheeses. Decorate the top of each cheese with jewel-shaped pieces of red and green pepper. Stand back and admire your handywork.
