RYVITA® Recipe
Ingredients
- RYVITA® Original Crispbread
- 300gr mixed baby shrimp & squid rings
- garlic cloves
- 10 sun dried tomatoes (softened)
- roasted red pepper
- 8 kalamata olives
- 10 cherry tomatos
- 100gr feta cheese
Method
Fry the seafood in a pan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes - take out Fry the cherry tomatoes until soft then add the pepper, dried tomatoes, olives and garlic. Mix the two and lay over the ryvita bread. Sprinkle with feta cheese and put under the grill for 1-2 minutes.
