A modern fruit combination with cooked Welsh lamb and a zingy hit!

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Dark Rye Crispbread
- Quince Jelly
- Thin slices cooked lamb
- red seedless grapes
- lemon juice
- mint leaves
Method
Spread your crispbread with the jelly. Cover with a slice of lamb abd few slices of grape. Drizzle with a few drops of lemon juice and scatter with mint leaves. Serve with a glass or red wine!
