English delight: English strawberries with a delightful rose cream

Ingredients

  • RYVITA® Original Crackerbread
  • Handful of strawberries – hulled, washed and chopped
  • Double cream (200ml) or mascarpone (200ml)
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • ½-1 tsp of rosewater
  • Crystallised rose petals (for decoration)

Method

Wash the hulled strawberries and chop into halves. Whip the double cream (or alternatively you can use mascarpone) then fold in the icing sugar and rosewater. Spoon the rose cream over the strawberry halves on original crackerbreads. Scatter crystallised rose petals for an extra pretty decoration.
