Smoked Salmon and Prawn Mousse Royale

Ingredients
- RYVITA® Cheddar and Cracked Black Pepper Thins
- 100 gms Smoked salmon
- 200 gms of Cooked prawns
- 50 gms of whipping cream
- seasoning to taste
- sprig of dill
Method
Whip up the whipping cream in a small bowl. Blitz the smoked salmon and cooked prawns in your liquidiser until smooth. Season to taste and pile generously on top of your crackers. Add the final touch with a garnish of a sprig of dill.

Reportfor a healthier and less calorie option , it tastes just as nice made with creme fraiche
